Victoria McEvedy has 20 years of heavy weight Commercial Litigation and Arbitration experience. Victoria successfully represented the Claimant in Scandecor v. Scandecor, the first case under the 1994 Trade Marks Act to reach the House of Lords arising from a 30 year trade mark licence and involving three parallel proceedings in Scandinavia. Other matters included representing an affiliate of a Russian investment bank over an investment in a Russian oil company in an ICC arbitration in London with parallel proceedings in the courts of Bermuda, with sums in dispute in excess of US$350 million.
